In general, do not fix things. Rebuilt are fairly cheap, and if you crossed the whole time and Busted knuckles to remove it, which is almost always better to put the new in.
The weather depends a lot with the car. You can either 15 minutes in some cars and can take hours in other vehicles. There are others where we have to pull the engine to get the boat.
