How do I cook? any kind would be useful.

Ingredients

* 1 (3 lb) of the house of the coil
* 1 large onion, halved
* 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
* 2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon paprika
* 1/2-1 cabbage (if necessary)

Glaze

* 1 / 3 cup honey mustard
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar

House Roll Put spice in a large pot or Dutch oven, onion, carrot, bay leaves and pepper.

Cover with water.

Bring to boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer 1 to 1-1/2 hours depending on the size of the furnace.

Remove meat from liquid and on the baking sheet, brush with honey-mustard and brown sugar mixed to a paste. Reserve the liquid to cook the cabbage.

Place roast in oven, just "hot," while the cabbage is cooked.

Chop cabbage and cook in liquid that was in the roastabout 10 to 15 minutes, until desired tenderness.

Good served with baked potatoes again.
